Refund & Return Policy

• All personalized/custom items are final sale.

• Blank/non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days if unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging intact.

• Used or damaged returns will not be accepted.

• Refunds will process within 3 days of receiving the return.

Replacements & Damages

• Replacements are only provided for errors made by The Sassy Seamstress.

• Issues/damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photos.

• Replacements will match the original order exactly.

• Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
